Who should attend Shift 2025?
- Shift is designed for restaurant front-of-house leaders, reservationists, marketers, and operators. Whether you're a current SevenRooms user or curious about how it can transform your business, Shift is for you!
What’s included in the ticket price?
- Your ticket includes all conference sessions, meals & coffee breaks, evening events, and activities for the conference.
How do I transfer and/or cancel my ticket?
- If you find yourself unable to attend, we first recommend transferring your ticket to a colleague! To do so, simply open your registration confirmation email and select “Manage Registration Details”.
- To cancel your registration, open the confirmation email and click on "Request Cancellation". Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to process your request.
What is your refund policy?
- Tickets are fully refundable until Friday, 21 February 2025, due to limited capacity. Transfers are allowed up until the event date, Tuesday, 25 February 2025.
- After receiving the cancellation confirmation email, refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
